Return Policy
Due to the nature of Pro Skin products and for health and safety reasons, we do not offer refunds or returns on any opened, used, or tampered products.

Other Products
In the unlikely event of a manufacturer defect, damaged item, or any quality concern beyond the customer’s control, claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery to qualify for a refund or exchange.
All returns and exchanges must be authorized through our claim process prior to being sent back. Any orders returned without authorization may be refused and returned to sender.
If you wish to return or exchange unopened and unused products, you may do so within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, exchange, or store credit.
Pro Skin is not responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is determined to be the result of our error or a product defect. Returns that do not include Redo Free Returns & Exchanges coverage will be responsible for all return shipping fees.
Please do not return any opened, used, or tested skincare or cosmetic products. Opened items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Once your request or claim has been submitted, please allow up to 5 business days for review by a member of our team. If the return is approved as our responsibility, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided.
Approved returns must be shipped back within 14 days of approval and received in good condition. Products damaged during return shipping due to improper packaging may not qualify for a refund or exchange.
Returns and exchanges are typically processed within one week of receipt at our warehouse. Once approved, please allow up to ten (10) business days for the refund to appear on your original form of payment or account credit.
Redo Free Returns & Exchanges
When you opt in for Redo at checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return eligible unopened and unused item(s) in your order for an exchange or store credit.
If you choose not to purchase Redo coverage, you may still return eligible unopened items, but you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
All returns remain subject to the guidelines outlined in this Return Policy.
